Messages
Avanti stores 32 seconds of user recorded voice guidance messages
digitally for high quality playback per port. Same or separate
messages can be recorded for the two ports.
Call
Transfer
Supervised Mode: Avanti will check the status of the dialed
extension and in case of a busy extension or no-answer, the call
will be transferred to the operator/reception.
Unsupervised/Blind Mode : Avanti will not supervise the
dialed extension, and will blindly transfer the call to the extension.
Caller's
Interaction
Callers have the option to select a department or to dial an extension
If the extension is not known, dialing 0/9 will connect them to
the operator. Caller can dial '*' to repeat the message.
In case no number an invalid number is dialed, the call is transferred
to the designated operator.
Operator Extensions
Two operators can be programmed. This is useful in case the first
operator is busy on another call or after office hours when the
second operator may be the security desk.
