Your personal voice recorder
It is a single-port voice recorder for recording of all telephone
conversations through your telephone line. The simple plug-and
play design of the unit enables it to be plugged into any PC
through the USB port, so that all recorded conversations can
be stored in the PC along with date/time stamp and Caller ID
data. It is expandable up to 2 ports.
PR-2001
True Reversal for Accurate Metering
PR-2001 Polarity Reversal Generator is a serial, transparent,
2-port, stackable device which generates polarity reversal in
P&T lines at the calling end when the called party called
party picks up the phone and is connected to the calling party.
It also generates the reversal back on completion of the call.
RD-4001
Line Release Driver
RD-2001 Line Release Driver is a serial, transparent, 2-port*,
stackable device which is used with P & T lines. It detects
the disconnect tone from the PSTN switch when the far-end caller
hangs up, and generates polarity reversal, line-break or line-short
(switch-selectable), which can be sensed by the local EPABX/switch
to disconnect the line and release the port to make it available
for the next call. It thus increases traffic handling efficiency
by quickly recognizing the abandoned calls and releasing the
port of such unproductive calls, for example when the caller
has hung up the phone on being put on a long hold by the system
and the switch is unable to detect it. It can also be used as
an important device for all DOSA applications.
* 8-port model also available.
CLI-4001
Universal Caller-ID CTI Interface
CLI-4001
Caller-ID CTI Interface is a 4-port, stackable device which
is used with analog P & T lines for detecting accurate caller
ID in DTMF/FSK format, and fetching the data on a PC through
RS-232 serial port, for further processing/application* build-up
with the Caller ID details extracted. Up to 16 units can be
seamlessly stacked to build a 64-port configuration on a single
PC. The incoming number, outgoing number, on/off hook status,
ringing status, etc for each line can all be monitored precisely
on the PC. It is thus the ideal and economical building block
for many PC-based monitoring and Call Centre applications like
screen pop-up of customer database/complaint details, etc.
Features
-
Detects both DTMF & FSK formats.
-
Call Filter function for unwanted calls.
-
Provides on/off hook status, ringing status, talk time duration,
etc for each call.
-
PC Interface: RS-232.
-
Power Inputs: 18 V DC @ 250 mA (Adapter supplied)
-
Operating temperature: 0o to 50o C, at 95% RH.
* Customised software applications like help-desk, screen
pop-up, outdialer, etc. can be developed as per requirements.
Q-Call
Call Queuing System
This is a 2-port, stackable device that can be connected to
PBX extensions to announce call queuing messages to incoming
callers in busy call traffic situations. The device will periodically
play the queuing messages and also try for any free agent/operator
to be connected to the caller, and the moment it finds on, connects
the call to the agent, and hangs up to receive the next call.
MOHprologix
The MOHprologix is an on-hold messaging device which allows
up to 5 messages to be recorded and played back at random, each
of 1 minute duration.
Variants in this model are available with single/multiple messages
of up to 8/16 minutes duration.
ALARMplus
2-port Wake-Up Module
The ALARM plus stand-alone Wake-Up Module is compatible to all
makes of PBX. It consists of the Basic Module
and the OPTIONAL Locking Module.
The Basic Module is connected to extensions of the PBX. The
user dials the extension, gets the prompt to set alarm, keys
in his extension number followed by the alarm time in HHMM format,
gets confirmation, and hangs up.
The Locking module is to LOCK the Basic Module against unauthorized
access and/or mischievous alarms settings. The module uses a
separate extension designated as “Locking Extension’.
The module allows for a field-programmable password for locking/unlocking.
The user dials the Locking Extension, then the unlock code.
He can then dial the Basic module to set alarm time, again come
back to the Locking Extension, and dials the lock code, to secure
his settings.
Features
- Recordable
Day/Noon/Night alarm messages.
-
Alarm request programmable by the system administrator or
optionally directly by the user from his/her extension.
- Programmable
time in HH:MM format (24 hours / 60 minutes).
-
Programmable number of retrials for alarm calls and programmable
number of rings to the called extension.
-
Flash-based message storage, no battery back-up required.
-
Seamlessly stackable for multi-port configuration.
